Dispatch Times

All of our products are customised to order, which means each item is made specifically for you.
Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 working days from the date your order is placed (or from artwork approval if applicable).

We also offer an Express Production Service at a premium rate, with dispatch in 3 working days. Please note that production time does not include courier delivery time.

Courier & Delivery Methods

We use DPD and Royal Mail depending on order size and destination.
Most orders are shipped with DPD’s tracked 24-hour service as standard. A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Costs

  • Standard delivery: £7.95 (tracked 24-hour service)

  • Free delivery: On all orders over £149

  • Delivery area: UK only

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1 working day (subject to courier performance and location).
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@thebundlestore.co.uk.
We will raise an investigation with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement order.
We do not issue replacements or refunds until the courier confirms the parcel has been lost.

Split Orders

We aim to dispatch all items together. If part of your order is delayed, we’ll contact you directly to agree the best solution before shipping.

Delivery Areas

We deliver anywhere classified as part of the United Kingdom by DPD, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands, with no additional surcharge.
