Customised Items
All products sold by The Bundle Store are customised with printed and/or embroidered logos. Because each order is made to your specifications, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. This is the minimum period required under UK consumer law. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether a replacement or return is authorised.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For approved returns, The Bundle Store will cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Unauthorised returns or items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds & Replacements
Our standard resolution is a replacement item of equal value. Refunds will only be issued if agreed in writing and at the discretion of The Bundle Store.
Replacements or refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Samples
If sample garments are offered in the future, they may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition.
